Once payment is made in full and forms are submitted, you will receive access to our space during your booked time. Our lab assistant will let you in, show you around on day one, and close space.

No, however we have highly recommended vendors for you to contact. We do have 9 long benches for seating to offer.

No glitter, no fire. Tap, flamenco and Irish Step Dancing shoes are not allowed in all studios. Street shoes are not allowed any studio, please remove them before entering the dance floor. This applies to all participants and observers. High heels and rosin are forbidden in all studios. For Fitness classes, participants please bring your sneakers. The Dance floor is sacred! For Special events (full day rentals – if shoes are required, there will be an additional fee for rugs and cleaning)

We sweep, mop and disinfect the floor at the end of every work day.

You can only use spike tape. If you are only renting for part of or all of the day, please remove all tape at the end of your rental session. If you have rented the studio exclusively, you may put down tape and leave it there, but you must remove it and wash the floors at the end of your rental period. Please do not scrape the tape of the floor with a knife etc. or use any abrasive materials.

There is an in-house stereo system.

Please do not arrive early with items for drop-off – we cannot store them in a safe space overnight. You can, however, book the studios a little earlier for you to load-in and set up which has to be done within your rental time period.

Yes! This space is for freelance teachers, designers, healers, innovator, creators, makers etc to rent and create their own following and business.

Our studio has a permanent sprung marley floors

No, however we do have two bathrooms.

The hours can be consecutive or spread out (based on availability) during the day. This is a great consideration for fitness instructors’ boot camps or photography shoots and other creatives.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
